Policy Refunds are not a charity system. Before Work Starts: Full refund possible (minus transaction fees) After Work Starts: No full refunds Partial refunds only if work delivered is significantly incomplete Completed Work: No refunds You don’t get a refund because expectations magically changed.

3. Non-Refundable Services
