2. Scope of Work
Each project is defined by a written agreement, proposal, or selected plan. Anything outside that scope is not included and will require additional cost. No surprises unless you create them.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are expected to: Provide accurate business information Give timely approvals and feedback Supply required assets (content, login access, branding) Delays from your side = delays in delivery. Not complicated.
4. Payment Terms
All services require upfront or milestone-based payments Work begins only after payment confirmation Late payments may result in paused services No payment, no work. Simple business physics.
5. Revisions Policy
Limited revisions are included depending on your plan Excessive or out-of-scope revisions are billed separately Revisions do not mean complete redesigns because you changed your mind mid-project
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We focus on ROI, SEO growth, and performance. However: No guaranteed rankings No guaranteed revenue numbers No control over search engine algorithms or ad platform changes Anyone promising guaranteed rankings is either lying or selling fairy tales.
7. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables belong to the client after full payment The Horizon Network retains the right to showcase work for portfolio/marketing Termination Either party can terminate the agreement: No refunds for completed work Ongoing work will be billed up to termination date
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for: Business losses Platform bans or penalties outside our control Third-party service failures Updates to Terms We can update these terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
